1. Use of the tools

The QR Code Generator and QR Code Scanner are provided free of charge for lawful personal and commercial use. You are responsible for the content you encode and the codes you scan.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and code are owned by QR Studio or its licensors. QR codes you generate from your own content belong to you.

4. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated codes or scan results will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

6. Third-party links

Scanned QR codes may contain links to third-party sites we do not control. Follow them at your own risk.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
